Youth arrested for snatching, robbery in south west Delhi

A 19-year-old youth has been arrested for his alleged involvement in seven cases of snatching and robbery, police said today.
Acting on a tip off police apprehended the accused, Sandeep Singh, from Harswaroop Colony in Fatehpur Beri area in south west Delhi on the evening of June 11.
Sandeep and his associate were identified from the footage of a CCTV camera when they were trying to escape after snatching a mobile phone. He was active in Fathepuri and Mehrauli areas, police said.
Six mobile phones and a motorcycle have been recovered from his possession, they added.
