Victim Narendra, was riding pillion on a motorcycle with his friend near Maujapur village here, when their vehicle rammed into the tractor, they said.
He was rushed to a hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The father of the victim has alleged in his FIR that the tractor was parked illegally, police said.
The deceased hailed from Jalhaka village in Palwal district in the state.
The other person driving the vehicle was also injured in the accident but is now out of danger, they said.
