Rameshwar Rathod, a resident of Pathrul village, had spiked cold drink of the woman four months back and raped her, they said.
He also filmed the act and used the clipping to blackmail the woman into submission.
Police said Rathod took the woman to various locations and raped her there promising that he would delete the video, but failed to keep his word.
A case of rape and criminal intimidation was registered against Rathod on the complaint of woman.
