There were reports that the 43-year-old actress was battling to save her marriage with Douglas but the representatives of both the actors have come forward to rubbish such claims, Daily Mirror reported.
Douglas' spokesman Allen Burry said, "They have not split. The story is not true."
Zeta-Jones' representative Cece Yorke added, "That is absolutely not true."
A magazine had claimed that Douglas, 68, had "moved out" of the home he shared with the actress and their children Dylan, 12, and nine-year-old Carys.
Douglas was diagnosed with throat cancer in 2010 and had chemotherapy and radiation treatment before declaring himself cancer free last year.
Zeta-Jones had her own health worries after she revealed that she was undergoing treatment for bipolar disorder.
