We are equally surprised at the report which contains several inaccuracies which includes BPL US West Cellular Ltd holding a basic services license when it holds a license for mobile telephony services in the states of Maharashtra (other than Mumbai), Goa, Tamil Nadu (other than Chennai), Pondicherry and Kerala.
The company that holds the license for Mumbai, Thane and Kalyan is BPL Mobile Communications Ltd and not BPL Cellular.
