David Miller and Aiden Markram with the bat and Lungi Ngidi with the ball were the stars for South Africa as they beat India by five wickets. Miller and Markram were the key men with the bat for the Proteas as they added 76 off 60 balls for the fourth wicket. While Markram got out for 52, Miller carried on and finished the game, remaining unbeaten on 59. 

 

Earlier in the evening, apart from Suryakumar Yadav, no other Indian batter was able to get going and eventually, India have finished at 133/9 and South Africa would need 134 to win the match. Suryakumar Yadav top scored with 68 off 40 balls which is more than half the Indian runs. 

 

For South Africa, Lungi Ngidi picked four wickets while Wayne Parnell picked three. There was a run-out and Anrich Nortje got one wicket
