BS Transcomm Limited, a Hyderabad-based provider of towers to telecos and power transmission companies, on Monday fixed the price band between Rs 257 and Rs 266 per equity share for its initial public offering (IPO). The company’s IPO of over 7.6 million equity shares of Rs 10 each will open on October 6, and closes October 8, 2010.

The issue, through the book-building route, will constitute 35.10 per cent of the fully-diluted post-issue paid-up capital of the company. Bids can be made for a minimum of 25 equity shares and in multiples of 25 equity shares thereafter.

BS Transcomm has a manufacturing capacity of 120,000 tonne per annum (tpa) with a backward integrated structural steel plant supporting the raw material required for tower manufacturing.

It is currently undertaking a project to expand the manufacturing capacity to 240,000 tpa, the company said in a release on Monday.
