 "Micromax launches Canvas Nitro 4G at Rs 10,999")
Addition to its 4G-enabled offerings home-grown smartphone maker Micromax has launched the Canvas Nitro 4G, priced at Rs 10,999 and available both online and at offline stores.
The phone is an upgrade to Canvas Nitro, released last year. The dual-SIM handset has a 5-inch HD display, made using Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
The Canvas Nitro 4G has 1.4 GHz octacore Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and a 2GB RAM. And it has 16 GB internal memory, expandable to up to 32 GB. The phone runs on Android 5.0.2.
The smartphone has a 13 Megapixel (MP) rear camera, a 5MP front camera, and 2,500 mAh battery.
Speaking at the launch, Micromax Informatics CEO Vineet Taneja said: “With the launch of Canvas Nitro 4G, we aim to bring a perfect combination of technology, rich features and a faster 4G experience at a great value to more consumers. The launch is just the starting point and will be followed up by a full range of best-value 4G devices.”
