In an era where gadgets have evolved the way we lead our lives, a French company that makes innovative products Circet has come up with a way to use our own skin as a touch-screen display.

Circet is a French company that is working towards designing bracelets that aims to project smartphone or tablet content on a person’s skin. The company is currently looking to seek funding to design its functioning prototype.

“Make your arm your new touchscreen. It’s like a tablet…but on your skin”, promises the tagline of the bracelet.  The Product can be worn on the wrist as a bracelet which in turn projects one’s arm as the display.

The designers have released a video explaining the functioning of the device, which went viral and has already garnered nearly five million views. The concept of the bracelet has generated huge interest over the web.

The bracelet is being compared to wearable gadgets like Apple iwatch and the Samsung Galaxy Gear Watch however it has been criticized for its farfetched design as no working prototype exists at the moment.

“We are still working on our prototype and didn’t launch any pre-order/order of the Cicret Bracelet. So don’t trust any website selling it yet,” the site warns, to avoid any confusion on the availability of the product.

According to rt.com, the inventors say they need €700,000 to finish the first prototype of the bracelet and €300,000 to develop the Cicret App for all platforms.
