In 2023-24, the number of cases referred for resolution declined across channels, except those under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act.
As a result, the amount involved and the amount recovered in absolute terms were also lower than those in 2022-23.
