Initial public offer of upto 32,29,200 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each (the Equity Shares) of Chemkart India Limited (The Company or Chemkart or the Issuer) at an offer price of Rs. 248 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs. 80.08 crores comprising of fresh offer of up to 26,00,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 64.48 crores (Fresh Offer) and an offer for sale of up to 6,29,200 equity shares by Ankit Shailesh Mehta and Parul Shailesh Mehta (selling shareholders) aggregating to Rs. 15.60 crores (offer for sale) (public offer). the offer includes a reservation of up to 1,66,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, at an offer price of Rs. 248 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs. 4.12 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the market maker reservation portion). the public offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. net offer of up to 30,63,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each, at an offer price of Rs. 248 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs. 75.96 crores is herein after referred to as the net offer. the public offer and net offer will constitute 26.69% and 25.32% respectively of the post offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.

Objective of issue

Financing the capital expenditure towards setting up of the manufacturing facility through investment in the company wholly-owned subsidiary (WOS) company, easy raw materials Pvt Ltd. Repayment/prepayment of all or certain of the company borrowings availed of its company. General corporate purpose.
