Property Share Investment Trust-Propshare Celestia IPO Details

Issue of 2,330 Celestia Units for cash at a price of Rs. 10,50,000 per Celestia Unit aggregating to Rs. 244.65 Crores by PropShare Celestia (the Issue) in accordance with regulation 26R of the securities and exchange board of India (Real Estate Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, as amended (the Reit Regulations). The issue constitutes 100% of the issued and paid-up units on a post-issue basis. Price Band: Rs. 10,50,000 per Celestia unit.Bids can be made for a minimum of 1 (One) Celestia unit and in multiples of 1 (One) Celestia unit thereafter by bidders.
