Initial public offering up to 53,85,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (equity shares) of Shakti Polytarp Limited (SPL or the company or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. The issue includes a reservation of upto 2,70,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. [*] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the market maker reservation portion).
