Public issue of equity shares comprising fresh issue of 6946033 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 238 per equity share for cash at a premium aggregating Rs 165.30 crore (hereinafter referred to as the issue), including net offer to the public of 5555556 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 238 per equity share for cash at a premium aggregating Rs 132.20 crore (hereinafter referred to as the Net Offer to the Public). The issue would constitute 20.21% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up equity capital of Shopper's Stop Ltd.
