Initial public Offer of 36,60,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 2 each (Equity Shares) of Sunsky Logistics Limited { the Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 46/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 44 per equity share (the issue price), aggregating toRs. 16.84 crores ( the issue ) of which 186,000 equity shares of face value Re. 2 each for cash at a price of Rs. 46 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 0.86 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 34,74,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each for cash at a price of Rs. 46/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 15.98 crores is hereinafter referred to as the Net Issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 29.43 % and 27.94%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.Price Band: Rs. 46/- of face value of Rs. 2 each.The floor price is 2.30 times times the face value of the face value of the equity shares.Bids can made for a minimum of 6,000 equity shares and in multiples of 3,000 equity shares thereafter.
