Initial public issue of upto 42,55,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of Value 360 Communications Limited (Formerly known as Value 360 Communications Private Limited), (Value360 or the Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs.[*]/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs.[*]/- per equity share (the Issue Price) aggregating to Rs.[*] crores (the Issue), of which [*] equity shares of face value of Rs. Prepayment or repayment of all or a portion of certain outstanding borrowings availed by our Company.. Investment in influencer marketing platform, Irida Interactive Private Limited (ClanConnect) and expanding ownership to fulfil potential acquisition in the near future.. General corporate purposes.
