KSH International, a manufacturer of magnet winding wires, has filed preliminary papers with markets regulator Sebi, seeking its approval to float a Rs 745-crore initial public offering (IPO). The electronics industry is poised to become the largest manufacturing sector globally and in India, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) Secretary S Krishnan said on Saturday.
