Man Infraconstruction Q4 results: PAT rises 50% to ₹97 crore on lower costs

Man Infraconstruction on Tuesday reported over 50 per cent growth in consolidated net profit to Rs 97.15 crore in the quarter ended March 31, 2025, helped by lower expenses. It had posted a net profit of Rs 64.65 crore in the January-March period of the preceding 2023-24 fiscal, the company said in an exchange filing. The company's total income was at Rs 327.83 crore, down from Rs 332.26 crore in the year-ago quarter. Man Infraconstruction trimmed its expenses to Rs 194.81 crore in the fourth quarter, from Rs 261.72 crore in January-March FY24. The board also declared the first interim dividend of Rs 0.45 per equity share having face value of Rs 2 each, for FY26. Man Infraconstruction is into verticals like ports, infrastructure, commercial projects, institutions, IT projects and futuristic lifestyle houses.

Man Infraconstruction Q3 results: Net profit falls 4.5% to Rs 86.51 crore

Man Infraconstruction Ltd on Monday posted a fall of 4.5 per cent to Rs 86.51 crore in the December 2023 quarter due to lower income. It had clocked a net profit of Rs 90.60 in the October-December period of preceding 2022-23 financial year, the company said in an exchange filing. The company's total income fell to Rs 261.34 crore as against Rs 471.77 crore in the year-ago period. However, the company managed to trim its expenses to Rs 149.07 crore from Rs 346.21 crore in the third quarter of FY23. EPC firm Man Infraconstruction is into verticals like ports, infrastructure, commercial projects, institutions, IT projects and futuristic lifestyle houses.

Man Infra bags Rs 680-cr contract from JNPT vendor PSA International

Man Infraconstruction has bagged a Rs 680-crore EPC order from Bharat Mumbai Container Terminal to construct the fourth container terminal at the Jawaharlal Nehru Port (JNPT). Bharat Mumbai Container Terminal is a subsidiary of PSA International, a Singaporean port group. PSA is working with JNPT to develop the second phase of the fourth container terminal, and the contract includes land reclamation and infrastructure development. The contract is to finish the infra work within 30 months, Man Infra, a city-based EPC and realty company, said in a statement. Manan Shah, the managing director of Man Infra, said his company had executed the first phase of infra work for the terminal earlier within 22 months. Man Infraconstruction Q3 consolidated profit rises 126% to Rs 90.60 crore

Man Infraconstruction on Thursday reported a 126.3 per cent jump in consolidated profit at Rs 90.60 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2022. The company had posted consolidated profit of Rs 40.02 crore in the year-ago period, Man Infraconstruction said in a filing to BSE. The consolidated revenue from operations in the October-December period increased to Rs 456.85 crore from Rs 296.52 crore in the year-ago quarter. Man Infraconstruction is a construction company that has executed work for port projects in the country.
