Migsun to invest ₹250 cr to build commercial project on Yamuna Expressway

Realty firm Migsun Group will invest Rs 250 crore to develop a commercial project in Yamuna Expressway region. In a statement on Wednesday, the company said it has launched a commercial project, comprising retail and office spaces, on the Yamuna Expressway corridor. The expressway connects Noida and Greater Noida with Agra. The company will invest Rs 250 crore to develop the project. Migsun Group Managing Director Yash Miglani said, "Over the last few years, the Yamuna Expressway has quietly transformed into one of India's most exciting growth zones. With industries moving in, infrastructure taking shape, and the Noida International Airport redefining the region's future, the momentum is unmistakable." Migsun Group has delivered over 40 projects across the Delhi-National Capital Region.

Gaurs Group eyes ₹2k cr from sale of flats in new Yamuna Expressway project

Realty firm Gaurs Group is expecting a revenue of around Rs 2,000 crore from its new premium housing project in Yamuna Expressway region on strong demand, its director Sarthak Gaur said. Gaurs Group, one of the leading real estate developers in the Delhi-NCR market, has already developed a 150-acre township on Yamuna Expressway. On Friday, Gaurs Group launched the first phase of its new housing project in the Yamuna Expressway region, Gautam Buddha Nagar district. Gaur said the company will develop around 950 units, with a saleable area of 20 lakh square feet, in the first phase of this 12-acre project. Another 250 units will come up in the second phase. "We are expecting a revenue of around Rs 2,000 crore from the first phase," Gaur said. Gaurs Group has launched this project at a basic selling price (BSP) of Rs 8,000 per sq ft. Escorts Kubota to set up ₹4,500 crore tractor manufacturing plant

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has allotted around 200-acre land to Escorts Kubota Limited for setting up a Rs 4,500 crore tractor manufacturing unit. The company had signed an MoU with the Uttar Pradesh government on August 17, 2024 for the tractor manufacturing facility. It has been allotted land in Sector-10 of YEIDA, an official statement said on Monday. Under the project, Escorts Kubota will invest Rs 4,500 crore and create employment for 4,000 people in a phased manner. "In the first phase, with an investment of Rs 2,000 crore, the company will develop a tractor plant, a commercial equipment plant, and allied facilities. The second phase will be scaled up depending on market demand and the capacity utilization of the first phase," it said. ATS Homekraft sells 400 plots for ₹1,200 cr in Yamuna Expressway project

Real estate company ATS Homekraft has sold around 400 residential plots for more than Rs 1,200 crore in its new project on Yamuna Expressway on strong consumer demand. The company will develop a 63-acre plotted development project, 'Province D Olympia' on Yamuna Expressway, near the upcoming Noida International airport in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh. "We have launched first phase of a 63-acre project comprising around 400 plots. We received a tremendous response from the customers and all plots have been sold out," ATS Group MD Udaivir Anand said. The company received expression of interests (EOIs) from around 1,000 customers, he added. "The total sale bookings value for the first phase is Rs 1,200 crore," Anand said. SC upholds validity of land acquisition for Yamuna Expressway development

In a significant verdict, the Supreme Court on Tuesday upheld the validity of land acquisition for the integrated development of the Yamuna Expressway and its adjoining areas in Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. The top court decided a batch of appeals and the cross-appeals filed by the landowners and the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) respectively. The cases arose from two conflicting verdicts of the Allahabad High Court. One judgement upheld the acquisition by the YEIDA and another quashed state action of taking the land of farmers by invoking the urgency clauses. A bench comprising Justices B R Gavai and Sandeep Mehta dismissed appeals by the landowners while allowing the appeals filed by the YEIDA, resolving a long-standing dispute over the application of urgency provisions in the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. Got Rs 16,678 cr investments in last 5 years: Yamuna Expressway Authority

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) on Friday said it has received investments of Rs 16,678 crore in its area in the last five years. As many as 2,80,018 jobs will be created with these investments, the YEIDA, which functions under the Uttar Pradesh government and manages land along the 165-km-long Yamuna Expressway, said after its 75th Board Meeting on Friday.
