AU Small Finance Announcement

We submit herewith the transcript of the conference call held on Tuesday January 20 2026 for the Financial Results of AU Small Finance Bank Limited (the Bank) for the Quarter and Nine months ended on December 31 2025.

Pursuant to Regulation 47 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter and Nine months ended on December 31 2025 has been published in all the editions of Financial Express in English Newspaper and in Jaipur edition of Nafa Nuksan in Hindi Newspaper on January 21 2026. The copies of the newspaper advertisements are enclosed for reference.

We submit herewith the details of Analysts/Institutional Investor meets where the Bank would be participating. Please refer attachment for details

In continuation to our letter dated January 07 2026 intimating about the Board meeting to be held on January 20 2026 it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Bank (the Board) at its Meeting held today has inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter and Nine months ended on December 31 2025 along with other agenda items as detailed in the attached revised outcome.
