In accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are pleased to inform you that Dilip Buildcon Limited (the Company) has received letter of award (LOA) from Adani Road Transport Limited (ARTL) on back-to-back basis for Construction of Ganga Path connecting Sultanganj-Bhagalpur- Sabour Road on EPC Mode. Employer of the project is Bihar State Road Development Corporation Limited (Authority).

In accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are pleased to inform you that that Dilip Buildcon Limited (the Company) has been selected as the successful bidder by REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) for Establishing 400 kV Sub-station at Mekhali along with associated transmission lines (Belagavi District) Karnataka for a period of 35 years from Commercial Operation Date (COD).The project involves establishment of a 400/220/33 kV AIS sub-station at Mekhali along with associated 400 kV and 220 kV transmission lines to be executed on Build Own Operate and Transfer (BOOT) basis under Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) route.

In accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct for Insider Trading as amended from time to time. We would like to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all insiders connected persons designated persons and their immediate relatives fiduciaries and intermediaries shall be closed from 01st January 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2025.

We are pleased to inform you that Dilip Buildcon Limited through its DBL-SRBG (JV) has received Completion Certificate of the project Construction of extra-dosed Bridge across Sharavathi Backwaters and approaches between Ambargodu and Kalasavalli of NH - 369E in the state of Karnataka (Job No. NH-369E-KNT-201819-895) on EPC Basis. The completion certificate has been issued by the authority and had declared the project fit for entry into operation w.e.f. 12.08.2025.

Dilip Buildcon Limited has received letter of award (LOA) from Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (MPUVNL) for a total capacity of 1363.55 MW AC under the Non-DCR category for establishment of grid-connected Solar PV-based Power Plants under the Feeder Solarization component of the PM KUSUM - C (Surya Mitra Krishi Solarization)
