Gillanders Arbuthnot & Company Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31.12.2025.

Please find attached certificate as issued by the RTA for quarter ended 31.12.2025

Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 01.01.2026 till 48 hours from announcement to the stock exchanges the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending on 31.12.2025.
