We hereby inform you that the Earnings Conference Call with Analysts/Institutional Investors is scheduled to be held on February 13 2026 in connection with the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 and on the business operations of the Company. For details please refer the attached letter.

Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 subject to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors and proposal for declaration of Interim Dividend if any to the Shareholders of the Company.

We are pleased to inform you that the credit rating for the Long-Term-Fund-based-Cash Credit limits of the Company has been reaffirmed and assigned for an enhanced amount of ? 192.00 crores by ICRA Limited. Also the ratings for the Short-Term Fund-based/Non-Fund based-Others and Short Term-Non Fund based-Others Credit limits of the Company are being reaffirmed.

We are pleased to enclose herewith a Press Release announcing key strategic partnership with leading construction equipment manufacturers ACE - Action Construction Equipment Limited Ammann India and XCMG.

Please find enclosed herewith intimation for allotment of Equity Shares to eligible employees under ESOP Scheme of the Company.
