Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 along with the Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors are enclosed herewith.

We inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. January 14 2026 has inter-alia approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025. We enclose herewith the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 along with the Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors.The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 8:00 p.m. and concluded at 8:40 p.m.The Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 as approved by the Board will also be available on the Companys website at https://www.nw18.com/finance#network18.

Network 18 Media & Investments Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/01/2026 inter alia to consider and approve inter-alia Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025.As informed vide our communication dated December 30 2025 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from January 1 2026 and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results become generally available information on January 14 2026.
