Aditya Birla Chemicals' MD Vijaykumar Agrawal resigns

Vijaykumar Agrawal has resigned as the Managing Director of Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) Ltd, one of the leading manufacturers of bulk and specialty chemicals and viscose filament yarn in India. Agrawal was appointed as Aditya Birla Chemicals’ Managing Director from October 24, 2011.
 
The company has informed BSE that its Board of Directors has accepted and approved the resignation of Vijaykumar Agrawal from the position of the Managing Director of the company and Board of Directors with effective from February 28, 2014.
 
The Board has also appointed Kailash Chandra Jhanwar, the present Director, as new Managing Director of the company with effect from March 1, 2014.
