Nocil appoints Sudhir Ramchandra Deo as Executive Director

Nocil Ltd, a part of the Arvind Mafatlal Group of Industries, has appointed Sudhir Ramchandra Deo has as Executive Director and President - Technical of the company. Nocil informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 18, 2013, appointed Sudhir Ramchandra Deo, Senior Vice-President (Technical) as Additional Director pursuant to Section 260 of the Companies Act, 1956 and he has been designated as Executive Director and President-Technical with effect from January 01, 2014.
