Bemco Hydraulics to foray into high-pressure pumps & valves business

The Belgaum (Karnataka) based Bemco Hydraulics Ltd is foraying into specialised pumps and valves manufacturing business through a joint venture. Bemco Hydraulics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the company on January 06, 2015 has decided to form a subsidiary company to undertake manufacture of specialised kind of high-pressure pumps and valves along with Jagdish Joshi, who holds the expertise in the field. While Bemco’s investment in the JV would be 80% in the form of working capital & infrastructure, Jagdish Joshi’s 20% investment will be in the form of technology & design.
