In compliance with Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 please find enclosed the copy of the Certificate dated January 01 2026 received from M/s. MUFG lntime (India) Pvt. Ltd. the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2025.

Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives (the Code) we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 01 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on December 31 2025 for Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives as covered under the Code.
