Akme Fintrade (India) Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/12/2025 inter alia to consider and approve fresh issue of Senior Secured Rated Listed and Transferable Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) upto INR 200 Crores (Indian Rupees Two Hundred Crores Only) on private placement basis in one or more tranches.
