This is to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 17th October 2025 has inter alia approved Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025.Accordingly we are enclosing herewith Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
