Pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Amalgamated Electricity Company Limited (the Company) at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday November 11 2025 have inter alia approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2025.A copy of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors is attached herewith as Annexure.
