With reference to our intimation dated 07.11.2025 related to proposed incorporation of a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary (WoS) in this regard please be informed that as per the approval received from Registrar of Companies a WoS named Ashika Global Custodial Services Private Limited has been incorporated on 17.12.2025 to carry out custodial services subject to receipt of necessary approvals from concerned Regulatory Authorities.
