Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and with reference to our earlier intimations dated 12.02.2025 and 19.06.2025 this is to inform you that Ashika Credit Capital Limited (the Company) has received in-principal approval from SEBI vide their letter dated 30.12.2025 for sponsoring a Mutual Fund.Accordingly the Company would be setting up an Asset Management and Trustee Company in accordance with the applicable SEBI Regulations and other applicable laws.
