In complaince with Regulation 30 read with Para C of Part A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are glad to inform that M/s Avro Recycling Limited Wholly Owned Subsidiary of M/s Avro India Limited is now recycling rigid plastic by separating multiple blended polymers in quality and colour. This technology breakthrough is expected to enhance our revenue and profitability which will further strengthen our recycling division.
