With reference to captioned subject it is being informed that the 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM ) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday September 03 2025 at 04.00 P.M. (IST) at VIA Hall Udyog Bhawan Civil Lines Nagpur - 440 001 (Maharashtra) to transact the businesses as set out in the Notice of AGM dated July 23 2025. The Annual Report of FY 2024- 25 and the Notice convening 64th AGM and other documents required to be attached thereto has been sent through electronic mode to all the Members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company / Companys Registrar & Share Transfer Agent and the Depository Participant(s). The Company has also sent letters to those shareholders who havent registered their email addresses providing a direct web link to access the Annual Report 2024-25.
