In compliance with the SEBI(PIT) Regulations 2015 and the companys code of conduct relating to prevention of Insider trading/dealing in securities/shares of the company shall remain closed for the directors designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st January 2026 till expiry of 48 hours after declaration of the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025.
