Pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (the Regulations) this is to inform you that it has been brought to our notice that an anonymous unsigned and undated letter has been received on 03rd November 2025 inter-alia by certain members of the Board raising some issues on status of citizenship of Mr. Surinder Paul Kanwar Chairman and Managing Director.The Company is in the process of assessing veracity of the content of the letter and also in the process of obtaining independent legal opinion on legality of such a letter.We will keep you updated on any material developments in the matter.You are requested to kindly take the same on records.
