Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of sub-clause 16(l) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of the LODR the Company has received the Claims from various stakeholders and on the basis of claims admitted of various stakeholders upto 01.02.2021 the Stakeholder Consultation<BR> Committee has been constituted as per Regulations 31A of IBBI (Liquidation Process) Regulations 2016 (amended as on 25.7.2019) as applicable under IBC 2016.
