Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of sub-clause 16(l) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of the LODR the Company has issued Public Announcement as per Regulations 31(2) read with Regulation 12(3) of IBBI (Liquidation Process) Regulations 2016 in respect of the list of stakeholders showing the complete amount of claims admitted by the liquidator has been filed on 19.02.2021 with the honble NCLT Ahmedabad Bench Ahmedabad the Adjudicating Authority.
