We wish to inform you that the Honble High Court at Calcutta vide its Order dated 17th December 2025 has disposed of GA/1/2023 in CS/186/2023 observing that Interim Order passed on 5th September 2023 had expired and as such there is no embargo on the Company or the defendants to give effect or further effect to the decision taken at the Annual General Meeting held on 5th September 2023.
