N. Ramanathan partner of M/s. S. Dhanapal& Associates PCS who appointed as Scrutinizer for the foresaid postal ballot has submitted the Scrutinizers report dated 19th Dec 2025 addressed to the chairman of the company. In accordance with the said report the results were declared by Dr. Vasudevan Mahalingam the MD of the company at the registered office on 19th Dec 2025.
