Pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30 and 51 of the Listing Regulations this is to inform that the Company has today i.e. December 10 2025 entered into Agreements for acquisition of 26% of Equity Shares of Pro-zeal Green Power Fourteen Private Limited towards setting up of Solar Power Plant in Maharashtra.
