Pursuant to Regulation 7(2)(b) of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 we are enclosing herewith the disclosure received by the company under Regulation 7(2)(a) of the PIT Regulations 2015 from Mr Parasram Jhamnani promoter of the Company in Form-C in respect to the off-market sale of Equity shares of the Company.
