Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (the SEBI Listing Regulations) meeting of Board of Directors of Colab Platforms Limited was held on Tuesday 30th December 2025 at the registered office of the Company. The Board has inter alia considered and approved thefollowing business matter:1. Appointment of Mrs. Manali Karangutkar (DIN: 11373518) as an Additional Non- Executive Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 30th December 2025.The information pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. EBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 is enclosed herewith as Annexure - A along with certificate of non-debarment for appointment as a director of the Company.
