The Exchange has received the disclosure under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations 2011 for Pratap Deshmukh & PACs

We would like to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the compliance with the corporate governance provisions as specified in Regulations 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 and clause (b) to (i) of Sub Regulation (2) of Regulation 46 and Para C D and E of Schedule V shall not apply to the Company since the Paid-up Equity Share Capital and Net Worth as on 31st March 2025 is less than Rs. 10 Crore and Rs. 25 Crore respectively Accordingly the Company falls under the exemption criteria provided and is not required to comply with Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015

Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held today i.e. Thursday the 13th day of November 2025 via video conferencing and concluded at 04:30 inter alia to consider and approve the following:1. The Un- Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September 2025 in pursuance of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.2. Independent Auditors Limited Review Report on Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September 2025.
