Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has executed a Share Subscription cum Shareholders Agreement (SSSA) and PPA for making an equity investment EG Solar Energix Private Limited (EGSEPL) aggregating to Rs. 25712000 in one or more tranches for the subscription of minimum of 26% of the Equity Share Capital of EGSPL for Solar power under the provision of the Electricity Act 2003
