Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and in continuation to our earlier intimation dated 19th December 2025 DR Axion India Private Limited the WOS has completed the acquisition of Suprash Developers Private Limited. (and indirectly 100% of WOS of Suprash i.e. Srikara Technologies Private Limited).
