Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and in reference to our earlier intimation dated 12th December 2025 we wish to inform you that the Company has made a further equity investment of Rs. 9230 (i.e.923 Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs.10 Each aggregating to 4.61% of Equity Share Capital) in Viksha Green Energy Private Limited (VGEPL) for solar power under the Group Captive Scheme as required under the provision of Electricity Act 2003. The Total Equity Shareholding of the Company in VGEPL stands at 10.39%
