In reference to our intimation dated January 13 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the timing of the Investors/Analysts Group Conference Call scheduled to be held on Wednesday January 21 2026 has been revised. The conference call will now commence at 04:30 P.M. (IST) instead of the earlier scheduled time of 05:00 P.M. (IST). A copy of the revised call invite is enclosed herewith.

Update on Acquisition

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that an investors/analysts group conference call on the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 is scheduled on Wednesday January 21 2026 at 05:00 P.M. Certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended December 31 2025.
