Appointment of Director/Change in the Board of Directors.The Board of Directors based on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committeehave approved the appointment of Mr. Avijit Mukerji (DIN: 03534116) as an additional Director inthe category of Independent Director w.e.f. December 10 2025 subject to the approval of theMembers of the Company.2. Approval for upcoming postal ballot Postal Ballot for seeking shareholders approval forappointment of Mr. Avijit Mukerji as an additional Director in the category of Independent Directorand all the necessary actions in connection therewith.
